16 August 2015 Please explain me :
Service tax department has asked me to furnish 5 years balance sheet, profit & loss account and form 26AS on a particular date for scrutiny on which i failed to submit the documents against which they served me another letter (Reminder 2).

I want to known complete procedure of scrutiny and guideline to be followed by Superintendent while scrutiny proceedings. REFER THE SECTION FOR THE SAME.
