Please suggest me the procedure for approval the CSR policy

13 February 2015 1. In compliance with requirements of section 135 the companies will have to first Constitute the CSR Committee.

2. The Committee so formed shall have to frame the policies for recommending activities to be undertaken by the company. Alongwith the modalities of execution of the programs and the implementation schedule for the same. This apart there should also be policy to regularly monitor the progress on such programs.

3. The CSR policy so framed by the CSR Committee needs to be approved by the Board in terms of section 135 (3) (a) read with Rule 9 of the CSR Rules 201.
