what is the procedure for filing revise ST-3 return for the period march-sept-2014 since time limit is already over.

You need to prepare the revised return and submit to the department along with a covering letter stating that the mistake was noticed after the expiry of the due date of revision of the Service Tax Return. Get the copy of letter acknowledged by the department.
