Problem in printing digitally signed tds certificate

Hello,
We have signed our Q4 FY11-12 TDS certificates digitally but most of our vendors do not have email IDs hence we have decided to print the TDS certificates.
Now when we print the single TDS certificate by opening it, the text message at the end of the TDS certificate appear as under-
Digitally signed by...........
Date:............
Time.........
But when we print TDS certificates whether single or multiple without opening the same, the above message does not come at the end of each TDS certificate.
Pl help me out. why it might be happening. There are around 800 TDS certificates. printing single tds certificate by opening it is very time consuming.

I am using Gen e-TDS software where there is option to print all TDS certificate at once. Also option is available to merge all TDS certificates and make it a single file. You can try like software's. Digital signature will not come in print.
