private co which is subsidiary of public co can be act as public co.

case is,
"A pvt ltd" which is subsidiary of "B ltd" which is public co,then A pvt ltd can act as public co

Hi

Some provision of public company will treat a private company which is subsidiary of public company as public company otherwise it will be treated as Private limited company, because their is no changes in MOA and AOA of the company.
