i wanted to knw wheather an assesse can file his return previous 3 or 4 years together this year?
if yes than is he liable to pay interest or panalty?

Income Tax Return upto AY 2013-14 is now time barred. If it is Nil Return you can submit the manual return at your Jurisdictional Office,
