please tell me that how to prepare vat case. and how to fill this return online. what are the due date for fillingof return and what are the consequences if in case of delaying for it.

There are four types of returns and their due dates of filing,1) yearly,within 75 days after the end,2) half yearly within 45 days after the end,3) quarterly and monthly, within 28 days after the end of each period.
peanalty of Rs 100/- per day till it is filed up to a maximum of tenthousad rupees.
