We have the Pvt. Ltd. company

We want to issue equity and preference shares at premium

My question is

what is the maximum limit of premium at which we can issue the equity and preference shares?

14 May 2011 As per section 78 of the companies Act.1956 no limit is mention for issuing share on premium.
