Dear Sirs,
if a resulting company have incurred expense on registration of Companies, then whether resulting company can trat this expenses as preliminary expense or general expenses. If company trat it as preliminary expenses whether it can write off in 10 equl instalments.

it is preliminery expenses, need to write off 1/5 th every year for 5 years
