08 November 2007 Excise Law Times is a good journal from Centax for it.

10 November 2007 Centax Publications publish two journals
1. Excise Law Times (weekly)
2. Service Tax Review (fortnightly)
They are having highly qualitative information and hence we also get weekly updates. The subscription rates are 4400 combined and starts from January.
At Chennai, C. Sitaraman are the Agents to accept subscription. We can directly remit to New Delhi also.
