31 July 2017 My company is situated in Delhi and service provider office also in Delhi, i have taken a office on rent in mumbai and service provider raise invoice in Delhi office name and service provider do not charge GST , my question is that what is place of supply and as per GST i have to deposit GST . whether i have to deposit GST under intra state or interstate under RCM.

31 July 2017 Firstly, if the landlord is unregistered , you have to Pay GST under RCM.
In relation to immovable prop, POS will be where the property is situated..

31 July 2017 PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN MUMBAI AND SERVICE PROVIDER IS UNREGISTERED . MY COMPANY IS ONLY REGISTERED IN DELHI , WHETHER I HAVE TO PAY IGST OR SCCT & CGST UNDER RCM . BUT BILLING IS MADE IN DELHI OFFICE.
