i want to know what is the last date of submission of pf & esic contribution for an employer. is it monthly/qtrly/h.yrly/yrly?

PF & ESIC have to be deposited on a monthly basis. They have to be deposited by 15th of the subsequent month.
For instance, PF for the month of April, 2012 has to be deposited by 15th May.

Dear Mr. Raman,
There is grace period of 5 days in case of PF for payment of dues, hence it can be paid on or before 20th of the following month.
For ESIC, Perhaps grace period is 3 days.
