If employees basic pay + dearness allowance is above Rs.15000, then Pf deduction is mandatory or not?
does employer should deduct PF of minimum Rs.1800 or not?

In case of new employee PF deduction not mandatory as salary is above the limit. In case of existing employees for whom PF already deducted, it is mandatory to pay minimum PF of Rs. 1800.
