I am confronted with the following problem
1. One employee was working with one establishment.
2. He was then resigned from there and joined a new organisation which was not covered by PF.
3. Subsequently the new firm where he joined had taken PF registration after 7 months from the date of joining.
My question is Whether he will suffer a break in service?
If so What will be the implication to him with regard to pension and other benefits
Pls tell me the provisions applicable in this case

As long as PF is contributed for him for all calender months then it wont amount to break in services.
