I have a prop business of garments.Only 5 employees are working.I know that 20 or more employees,mandatory registration is required.
But if i still want to registration in pf and esic.can i take registration?

12 May 2012 Yes you can get your organisation registered voluntarily and this will help your employees to get the PF and ESI benefits as well.

12 May 2012 You can Voluntarily opt for Pf registration and the Department will register you.
