09 May 2013 Friend please suggest me

My company having few shares are pending for allotment for the financial year 2012-13.
on 31st march, 2013 those pending shares are allotted.
But til to date information relating to pending shares allotment are not submitted what we can do ???
When due date for submission to ROC ? &
is there any penalty liable for late file and also suggest what procedure involve on that & what forms are required for ROC submission .
Ex:- My company name XYZ Limited.

09 May 2013 Please find below the procedure for allotment of shares. Return of allotment is required to be submitted u/s 75 by filing form-2 with concerned Registrar of Company.

Procedure

1. First convene board Meeting for allotment of equity shares and pass necessary board resolution for allotment.
2. Download form-2 from MCA Site www.mca.gov.in
3. Fill form-2 and attach list of allottee.
4. Get form-2 certified from practicing CS/CA and upload the same on MCA Site.

It seems you have not filed form-2 with ROC within 30 days of allotment. So when you upload form-2 on MCA site, a challan appear with late fee. Simply pay the same through your credit card as online payment is must nowadays.
