Penalty for not filling din

30 December 2014 I have registered a Pvt Ltd co in 2000 and since 2005 i have not filled Annual Returns.

No directors have obtained DIN nor filled DIN II.

Even registered address change in 2006 is not informed.

What will be the penalties.

31 December 2014 you can go for CLSS SCHEME for immunity certificate, under which you have to pay 25% additional fees for annual filing

31 December 2014 you need to apply for the DIN nd DSC of every director

31 December 2014 If no directors wishes to file a DIN then what will be the consequences. How long can the company can be operational. Does it amount to violation of company law??

05 January 2015 as Per Co. Act, 2013, Companies name can be struck off from the register of Companies and Company become defaulted and its Directors are liable to Minimum 50000 penalty and maximum they are also liable to be prosecuted and this offence is not compoundable under the New Companies Act, 2013
