PE II passing Certificate

I had cleared my PE II exam held in the month of NOV 2007. But still I haven't received my PE II passing certificate. So can anybody tell me how to get my PE II passing certificate. I will apearing for CA Final exam in the month of May 2010.

Dont worry i thing the Certificate is lost in transit so you can ask for new certificate by writing an application to your nearest regional office of ICAI

I recd the reply letter. Is affidavit on stamp paper value of Rs. 10 required?
