04 August 2008 My first eligibility certificate was issued on 01.02.2007 and it was valid for upto may 2008 exam (i have written May 2007 & May 2008 exam)

can anyone answer me; can i register for nov 2008 exam with this certificate (bcoz i had only 3 chance to write exam)
