02 January 2008 Is there any requirement to be fulfilled for a student of PCC for registration, other than registering by form 103,102 foe PCC, which can be done only within 1 month of articleship?

03 January 2008 No. You have to sign articleship deed and file the required form. After three months you can start ITT.
