If the TDS Payment is made through online on 7th of the preceding month after business hours of the bank,whether interest is to be paid for such amount.

yes. because such a transaction is recorded on the next working day.

Thanks for your answer,But the challan generated online will be dated as 7th.Is it still required to pay interest?

no. if the challan gets the 7th as date, then no.
