Is it allowed to make e-payment of tax of client through my own bank account??? Actually the client has paid me cash for paying his tax, i want to deposit it in my own account and then make e- challan...

YES IT IS ALLOWED.
BUT YOUR SHOULD MAINTAIN THE DOCUMENTS(LIKE EPAYMENT CHALLAN, BILL RAISED BY YOU etc) PROPERLY.

If u maintain a current account in the bank and the cash for tax remittence is depoosited in that current account ,beware of the AIR limits.
