29 May 2012 hi sir,
sir i deducted tax from employee in the month of nov-11. but i forgot to pay that tax. till now. I already all returns are done. form 16 also downloaded. but i realized that amount 5000 not paid. how i can pay this amount how can i treat to this amount in this Fy-2012-2013.
plz help me

29 May 2012 1. You should pay the tax along with interest.

2. Then revise the TDS return.

3. Issue fresh Form 16 to the employees.
