we can make a payment of service of company from our personal bank a/c
for examaple
Campany name:ABC PVT. LTD.
PAYEE NAME:- XYZ.(ACCOUNTANT)
SERVICE TAX OF ABC PVT. LTD. COMPANY PAID THROUGH MR. XYZ INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL SAVING BANK ACCOUNT.
WHETHER THIS PROCESS IS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, IF LEGAL KINDLY DESCRIBE
we can make a payment of service of company from our personal bank a/c

Yes the payment can be made through the personal account and later on the company can reimburse the same to the individual.
