IF AN EMPLOYEE'S CONTINUOUS SERVICE IN ESTABLISHMENT IS FOR 7 YEARS AND 230 DAYS. FOR WHAT PERIOD HE IS ELIGIBLE FOR GRATUITY? 7 YEARS OR 7 YEARS AND 6 MONTHS?

It depends if the Company is covered or not covered under Gratuity Act.

What is the answer for completed year of service if establishment is covered under the Gratuity act in the same case?

If it is covered under the act then the calculation will b of 8 Years.
