03 October 2013 In 92 B - TDS ON SALARY.

if we did not deduct a tax from Mr. X salary up to feb month, but in march after calculating total income , we found that some amt have to deduct.

my question is while entering the data in tds return which amt should we enter ? March salary amt or total of 12 months salary.

Due date 7-Mar-13
Date of payment 03-Mar
Difference in # of days 0
Rate of int 18%
Int 0
Total 105000.00 (Enter total tax deducted amount and dont entery salary)
TDS 101942 (Excl CESS)
Ces 3058 (Cess)
Int 0 (if any)

14 October 2013 Bro, I want to ask which amount should i enter in tdsreturn software in Amount Paid column .

1. Only march salary amount or Total 12 months Salary.
20,000 x 12 = 2,40,000.00

or for the month of March - 20,000.00 x 1 = 20,000.00
