1. Pl read the shareholders resolution and the agreement/ contract executed .
2. Then, on the basis of the above, choose the appropriate sub-clause from (a) to (d) of clause 4(iv).
3. 'Description' and 'value' can be filled in from the details gathered as in 1 above.
