Yes, if it is correspondence course means not required to attend classes or even attending classes but the classes timings doesn't crash the articleship training timings then ICAI shall allow you to do another course along with your CA Articleship training. For this you required to submit form 112 first to the ICAI to get permission from ICAI to pursue another course.
Provided ICAI Shall permit you to do only one another course at a time during your articleship training period along with your CA course.

Means if i want to MBA then i have to intimate first to the institute. But one of my friend told me that if you are doing it from correspondence then there is no need to inform to Institute.

No, your friend is not correct. If you want to do another course during your articleship training period you must and should be intimate to the ICAI and get permission through form 112 even it is correspondence or regular. Previously ICAI much not concentrate on correspondence course but now it is very strict rules following and very serious action taking it may be cancel your articleship period for such period of crash or permission not taken period(delay in intimation to ICAI). So don't take risk, intimate ICAI through form 112 and then join into MBA.
