For change in name of the firm, form II needs to be filed , is there any attachments required? should we alter the existing deed or new deed has to be drafted ? If alteration is permitted, does it need to be attested? Kindly reply

For any changes, you need to make a new deed which will replace the old deed.
Copy of new deed needs to be enclosed.
