SALARY CAN BE DISTRIBUTED TO WORKING PARTNERS AS PER PARTNERSHIP DEED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS OF SEC 40B
1. SALARY UPTO 150000
2. 90% OF BOOK PROFIT UPTO RS. 300000.
WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
