24 December 2012 It could be but depend upon the number of days prior to stamp paper date.

If it is within reasonable days then in Partnership Deed a clause is to be added that Partnership is doing business since....on verbal terms and conditions and now being put into writing to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
