ONE OF MY FRIEND HAVE A QUERY REGARDING INCOME TAX REFUND. He has not get refund of AY 2009-2010. IN HIS FORM 16 , HIS PAN NUMBER IS NOT MENTIONED. SO PLZ REPLY HOW HE GET HIS REFUND.. HIS EMPLOYERS SIGNED DIGITALLY ON FORM 16.

If in TDS return PAN number is not mention than refund claime can not be possible.
