06 September 2011 ONE OF MY FRIEND HAVE A QUERY REGARDING INCOME TAX REFUND. He has not get refund of AY 2009-2010. IN HIS FORM 16 , HIS PAN NUMBER IS NOT MENTIONED. SO PLZ REPLY HOW HE GET HIS REFUND.. HIS EMPLOYERS SIGNED DIGITALLY ON FORM 16.
