PAN Card for NRI

21 September 2016 Dear Sir, I have valid PAN and filed ITRETURNS till 2012. Now, since last 4 yrs, I am earning Tax paid salaries out of India but remitting funds to India. Do I need to file ITR in India again and maintain same PAN. Kindly advise.

21 September 2016 If you are NRI and the income is accrued or received abroad then that income is exempt
The first receipt is only considered.you are sending the money to India after receiving in the bank account abroad.so it is exempt. But you can keep PAN card.

21 September 2016 No need to file income tax.but you should have the details of income with you

21 September 2016 Thanks for your guidance.
