My father has got changed his address of communication in Pan Card.
But, this time by his name appears as "Radheshyam" on PAN Card instead of "Radheyshyam" for which he has submitted proper documentary proofs.
Will this create any problem in future while filing return or refund......and what is the remedy available ???

18 January 2011 Yes. There will be problem as refund cheques will be issued in name as per PAN and in bank the name will differ.
So you are advised to file form for Changes/ Correction in PAN data to get the name modified.
