19 May 2012 Is it mandatory to file return for those individuals who are having PAN.

My second question is that what are the conditions where to obtain PAN is mandatory. For simply opening in bank account one should apply for PAN. Please guide

24 May 2012 It is not compulsory to file the return if a person has obtained PAN provided his total income does not exceed the exemption limit.
