can minor has PAN ?
What is the procedure to follow to get pan ?
while making on line application, specific doc is require to upload?
when minor is major , what procedure or any paper require to file in income tax dept?

Any one can apply for a PAN card.
The only difference is that the application will be signed by representative/guardian of that minor.
In online application first of all read the instructions for filling application.
you will be required to send the hard copy of print out along with the required id proof to pune.the details of valid id proofs is given in instructions to file application.
When such minor is a major you will be required to fill in correction/updation application form ie form no 49A with updated data.
