I have filled a belated return in which rupees 320000 written in thev profit and loss account as net profit but total income written Rs.280000/ the cpc passed intimation u/s143 (1) and made assessment on income of rs.320000/. and imposed tax liability. I have filed rectification u/s 154 but cpc rejected the same as no mistake apperennt on record was find. The return was filed belated. now what are the option for me to correct the assessment to avoid wrong tax liability. Plz. inform me
