ONLINE TDS CERTIFICATE IN FORM 16A

09 July 2011 Dear All,

Now from F.Y. 2011-12 onwards online TDS certificate in Form 16/16A is mendatory to issue through NSDL site. Suppose we are deducted 20% TDS who are not given PAN at higher rate but in this situation NSDL site not generating TDS certificate without PAN. Deductee require TDS certificate because his income is exempt under Agriculture Income and he wants refund his TDS amount.
How he can claim his refund without certificate if he is having PAN at the time of filling IT return.

09 July 2011 According to me he can apply for PAN number just 10-12 days required and he can get his PAN number than he can obtain TDS certificate.
