06 November 2013 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DVAT REGISTRATION ONLINE for proprietor doing business from rented premises.is there any requirement for sumbitting suriety.

07 November 2013 The following is the list of documents required for DVAT Registration. There is a requirement of Bank Guarantee of Rs.1,00,000/- along with Form DVAT-12 under VAT/CST Registration.

1 Form DVAT 04 and Form A
2 Self certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company
3 Self certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
4 Self certified copy of PAN card of the Company
5 Board Resolution for taking VAT & CST registration in all the state of appointing the 'Authorized Signatory'
6 Details of Directors with following documents:
-Address Proof
-Proof of identity
- Copy of PAN
- 4 passport size photographs for each state
7 Form 32 of all directors as on date
8 Details of Authorized Signatory with following documents:
-Address Proof
-Proof of identity
- Copy of PAN
-3 passport size photographs
9 Address proof of Principal place and other places of business in the state
- Form 18 and copy of bank account passbook attached for principal place
- Copy of Lease deed attached for warehouse
10 Bank Account Details - Copy of Bank Pass Book attached
11 List of goods to be purchased against Form C
12 List of principal commodities in which company wishes to deal
13 Bank Guarantee/ Security along with Form DVAT- 12, Rs. 100,000/- each for VAT and CST
