WHETHER NIL RETURNS ARE CONSIDERED FOR OBTAINING LOAN FROM BANK?

Nil return means no income return in such case bank doesn't consider because of there is no income for repayment of loan.
Is you mean nil return means no tax return then bank will consider your return.
