A NRI came to India in 2013. He holds NRI status since last 10 years.
How many years he can keep NRE A/c to avoid tax liability on NRE Bank Deposit in India????
He again left India in May 2015 and will be permanently in US
How many years he can keep NRE A/c to avoid tax liability on NRE Bank Deposit in India????
He again left India in May 2015 and will be permanently in US

Till maturity it can be kept in NRE account. As individual left India it can be continued as NRE account.
