i am working in a manufacturing company.
we as a company in the capacity of service recipient. we got the bill from service provider. service is covered in man power supply.
please let me know how to dealt with this.
i read the notification 15/2012 and understand that we have to first 75% of tax and after that we have to claim refund.

you can utilise that cenvat credit on duty paid on final products and refund claim also.
