respected sir,
my question is i have received a notice u/s 139(9) while giving response to this notice there is an option of " RECEIPT DATE OF NOTICE BY TAXPAYER " in that which date we should have to fill ....... i cant find such date in notice...please response early as possible

Receipt date is the date on which you have received the notice. Only you have to say on which date the post man delivered the notice.

BUT SIR I DONT HAVE SUCH DETAIL SO WHAT IS THE OTHER SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM

AND SIR, I HAVE ANOTHER QUERY THAT TIME PERIOD OF 15 DAYS THAT MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE IS PASSED OUT THAN WHAT I SHOULD HAVE TO DO ?

You reply the notice requesting condo-nation of delay by giving some valid reasons. It will be considered.
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 139(9) : Defective Return
Under this section, the tax payer receives intimation of probable defect in the income tax return and he or she is given an opportunity to rectify the same within 15days from the date of such intimation or within such extended period as may be allowed. If the defect is not rectified within the aforesaid period, the return may be considered as an invalid return and accordingly the assessee may be deemed to have furnished no return.
