i have filed the RI for the Asst. Year 2009-2010 on 10.10.2010 the A O is issued the Notice 143(2) of IT Act 1961. on 30.09.2011. this Notice is valid or not please give me answer immediately

If the notice is served on or before 30/09/2011, it is valid as per proviso to section 143(2)(ii).
