20 October 2014 Hi,
One of my friend received notice u/s 143(1) for A.Y. 2013-14. No demand/refund is there. While filing ITR 1, assessee has shown salary income and int. paid on house property(house property loss) separately under respective heads of income. But Income tax department has just clubbed house property loss in salary income and in the notice they have shown salary income less to the extent of house property loss under the head income from salary.
What to do in such a case?

21 October 2014 This is fine..because while filing return he has correctly mentioned the amounts under respective heads. But what to do with this notice? Should he file revise return or give reply or just do nothing..

29 October 2014 what is there to do in this case? there is no tax demand...the order has no error. so just relax.
