18 February 2015 sir i have received notice u/s 139.this notice is related to error 61 -assessee offer no bp income in itr 4,5,6 But claim deduction u/s 35AC ANd/ Or Any Other amt allowable as deduction in Schedule BP.
plz Sir give me a solution
