What would be the time limit to serve notice for the meeting of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee for listed company?

Similar to a board meeting the notice of committee meeting be sent to the committee members unless otherwise mutually decided.

Thank you for the reply. From where i can confirm that the provisions applicable on Notice of board meeting are also applicable on Committee meeting?

Yes. Because The committee has to function in accordance with the terms of reference assigned by the Board. In absence of specific provisions like in your case Length of notice, provisions of board meeting is applicable to committee meeting.

We have received a investor complaint regarding non receipt of Annual Report for that purpose we want to conduct Stakeholder Relationship Committee meeting to resolve the complaint, so the provisions of calling board meeting at shorter notice will also be applicable on Committee Meeting?
