16 February 2015 (1) Is it necessary to receive Notice of Disclosure of Interest (MBP_1) from all Directors before dispatching Notice of Board Meeting for transacting item --- Disclosure of Interest in the concern Board Meeting

16 February 2015 184(1) says every director in First board meeting shall disclose his/her interest in other entities in form MBP-1. Such Form shall be provided by all the directors in the First Board meeting in a financial year

Pl. correct me if I am wrong

Can I draft Notice of Board Meeting , and one of the item is " To take note of Disclosure of Interest " and all Directors will bring their respective " Notice of Disclosure " in concern Board Meeting and not at the time of drafting of Notice of the Board Meeting.

16 February 2015 yes...See dear its practicability...How can a director sending notice to each director come to know the interest of each and every director....so it is better to send a copy of MBP-1 along with notice for meeting.

but pl. clarify me " Copy of MBP-1 along with notice for meeting "-- whether blank copy of MBP-1 or duly filed, dated and signed copy MBP-1 should be send along with notice for Board meeting

17 February 2015 See the Upper Portion that The Name and other particulars of the company needs to be furnished. the BLANK portion is only of the Lower Portion where the required information needs to be furnished by the director
