Not appoint any auditor and file itr this year

10 October 2013 I have registered private limited june 2012 and not appoint any auditor or ca but few transaction in bank account no books maintained on company name and not much work on company name can i fill nill itr of company and or less income?

please reply and guide me?

10 October 2013 Dear Renju Ji,

Appointment of statutory auditor is compulsory under Companies Act.

if the turnover is less than Rs 1 Cr, you need not appoint tax auditor.

Also, maintenance of books under Section 209 is compulsory.

It is important that you prepare proper books, get statutory audit done and thereafter file your tax return. Whether it is nil income return or not is immaterial.

Kindly appoint the auditor immediately.

13 October 2013 Dear Renu Ji,

Yes it is compulsory For every company to appoint statutory auditor.

Though, you shall not be required to appoint statutory auditor as you most probably have turnover less than Rs 1 cr.

13 October 2013 IF CARO Applicable then definitely Internal Auditor required to be appointed.

Even section 292A does not compel a company to appoint an internal auditor.

13 October 2013 Aryan Bhai...we are referring to appoint of statutory auditor here.

Anyways, even CARO doesn't mandate appointment of internal auditor. it just requires a functional internal control mechanism to be present.

The requirement for internal audit system doesn't require appointment of external auditors. A robust internal audit department is sufficient.

and still i have not fill my personal itr 0f FY 2012-2013 AY 2013-2014

i m working self employed but no records are maintaines but i want to fill my personal itr
of this year Net income 362990+ approx. lakhs late
so how much tax n interest n other charges have to pay if i fill my its by the end of october 2013 income from my visa n mice.

m not getting good ca coz they charge mch for company itr n other work
plz tell me how much exp for add new dir and remove dir and change desigation as well

i hav digital sign as well
