Non sending of copy of itr v at banglore.

13 December 2011 When we e- filled our return , then we have to send signed copy of ITR V at Bangalore with in 120 days.

If we don't send it Bangalore , then what will happen ?

What is its Solution ?

13 December 2011 If ITR V is not received by CPC within 120 days of the date of filing of ITR, the return will be rejected.

13 December 2011 you can send it even later as well ie after 120 days.

13 December 2011 if u dont send it within 120 days than it is null and void.
u have to again upload the xml file pay the interest if any, and then send the print out of this ITR not the earlier one.

14 December 2011 Even After 120 days you can send ITR-V within that assessment year.
